Eligible drivers are listed first, in Eligible Rank order. Anyone who misses a gate below is listed under them, flagged Disqualified, sorted by their own raw Elite Score.
Production Per Hour: your total revenue divided by hours worked. It rises when you stay available for dispatch and keep downtime between calls low, not from driving faster or cutting corners.
Your total calls run divided by hours worked. This tracks call volume, not dollars, so it moves differently than P.P.H.: a driver can run many calls, or fewer higher paying ones. It rises the same safe way, by staying available and minimizing downtime, never by speeding.
A points score built from your AAA customer surveys, not a percentage. You earn +1 for every satisfactory survey and lose 10 for every unsatisfactory one, so one bad survey can undo 10 good ones. It resets each quarter.
Your total scheduled hours worked for the period, as logged in payroll. This gate does not add points to your Elite Score, it only decides eligibility: falling under 180 hours disqualifies you for the period.
The dollar total of vehicle damage claims charged to you for the period. This gate does not add points to your Elite Score either, it only decides eligibility: damages over $500 disqualify you, leaving room for a small mistake without costing the whole quarter.
Showing every driver sorted purely by Elite Score, disqualified or not. This is for reference only — the real standings still apply the eligibility gates, and incentive pay still only goes to eligible drivers.

Each bar shows where you fall against the other ranked drivers on that one metric. The points on the right are what that metric added to your Elite Score above.

Showing every tech sorted purely by Composite Score, disqualified or not. This is for reference only — the real standings still apply the eligibility gates, and incentive pay still only goes to eligible techs.

Both tow drivers and battery techs default to Current Standings, Q3 2026 (July, August and September combined), pulled straight from the ranking workbook's Combined tabs, with a Last Quarter option (Q2 2026) alongside it. Battery Testing, Battery Sales and Failed Test Conversion are an unweighted average of the three months' own percentages for BSP, since no underlying counts exist to weight them by. This is a first version built from one time exports, so it will need fresh numbers pushed in for each update rather than updating itself automatically.
Next update: roughly every two weeks (not a guaranteed date). Quarter ends: December 31, 2026.
